**“Submitted Works. With respect to any photographs, art, or creative works submitted to Good Dog Art (“Submitted Work”) for use in the creation of a new unique work of art (“Art”) by Good Dog Art:

1.       Client represents and  warrants that Client owns the Submitted Work, and the right to sub-license, to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Submitted Work.

2.       Client grants to Good Dog Art a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Submitted Work for the purpose of creating Art and in conjunction with the sale, display, and performance of such Art.”
